■ Shipping Method

All items are shipped via Japan Post's "Yu-Pack" or "Click Post". Please note that we do not accept requests for other shipping carriers. Thank you for your understanding.


■ Shipping Fees (tax included)

・Nationwide (excluding Okinawa): 330 yen

・Okinawa Prefecture: 880 yen

* Free shipping nationwide for purchases of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more.

* Only "Spring Clip Pins" are eligible for Click Post (mailbox delivery) with a flat rate of 185 yen nationwide.


■ Delivery Date and Time

・Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after the order is placed (or after payment is confirmed for bank transfers).

・You can select from the following time slots: Morning / 12-2 PM / 2-4 PM / 4-6 PM / 6-8 PM / 7-9 PM.

* Date and time cannot be specified for "Click Post" as it is delivered to your mailbox.

* When shipping via "Yu-Pack", you can specify the delivery date and time in the shopping cart.


■ Extended Absence / Refusal to Receive

If you are not available, the delivery company will leave a "redelivery notice".
Please contact the listed sales office and make sure to receive your package within the storage period.

In the unlikely event that you do not pick up your package after the storage period, the item will be returned to our store. Please note that the following costs incurred at that time will be borne by the customer.

■ International Shipping

We cannot directly ship outside of Japan from this website. For customers who wish to ship internationally, please use the proxy purchasing services below.
