■ Product Delivery Time (Shipping Time)

・Orders will typically be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation (or after payment confirmation for bank transfers).
・Shipping may take longer due to weather, traffic, long holidays, inventory status, etc.

■ Returns and Exchanges

・Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
・In the case of returns due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
・For defective products or incorrect shipments, our shop will bear the shipping costs and exchange the product for a new one if available, or issue a refund if not in stock.

■ Long-Term Absence / Refusal to Receive

If you are unable to receive your product within the storage period of the delivery company due to absence or other reasons, the product will be returned to our shop. In such cases, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, re-delivery fees, cash on delivery fees, etc., incurred. Please be aware of this beforehand.

■ Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these terms and conditions and any disputes arising from the use of our shop shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of agreed jurisdiction.
