■ Conditions for Refund/Exchange Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges will be accepted if all of the following conditions are met (excluding defective products):

・The poster's packaging has not been opened.

・The outer box of the frame is free of dirt or damage.

・All accessories, such as the frame string, are included.

・You have contacted us by email within 7 days, including the product arrival date. 


 In the case of [Returns] due to our fault, such as defective products or incorrect shipments

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days, including the product arrival date, with the following information:

Name / Email address / Phone number / Order number / Reason for return Refund account information (only for bank transfer or cash-on-delivery payments)

・We will inform you of the return address, so please return the item cash-on-delivery.

・The refund will cover the product price, fees, and shipping costs.

・Refunds will be processed after the returned product arrives at our store.


 In the case of [Exchanges] due to our fault, such as defective products or incorrect shipments

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days, including the product arrival date, with the following information:

Name / Email address / Phone number / Order number / Reason for exchange

・We will inform you of the return address, so please return the item cash-on-delivery.

・Replacement products will be shipped after the returned product arrives at our store.

・If a replacement product is out of stock, we will process a refund.


 In the case of [Returns] due to customer's convenience

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days, including the product arrival date, with the following information:

Name / Email address / Phone number / Order number / Reason for return / Refund account information (only for bank transfer or cash-on-delivery payments)

・We will inform you of the return address, so please return the item prepaid.

・The refund will cover the product price only.

・If the refund is made by bank transfer, the amount will be the product price minus the transfer fee.

・Refunds will be processed after the returned product arrives at our store.


 Regarding [Exchanges] due to customer's convenience

We regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges due to customer's convenience. Please refer to "In the case of Returns due to customer's convenience," return the item, and place a new order for the desired product.


 Regarding product changes/cancellations

While we generally do not accept product changes or cancellations after an order has been placed, it may be possible if the arrangements have not yet been made. If you wish to do so, please contact us via the inquiry form with the following information:
