An abstract painter from Tokyo who “paints paint itself.” She completed the Oil Painting Course in the Graduate School of Art and Design at Musashino Art University. Since her student days, she has been selected for numerous exhibitions, and has held solo exhibitions regularly since 2016. Using a painting knife, she engages in a kind of dialogue with paint, exploring its unique character and appeal through patchwork-like mixtures and layers of color.
