北村人 / Jin Kitamura
イラストレーター・絵本作家。東海大学教養学部で美術とデザインを学ぶ。クレヨンで描いた動物画を得意とし、擦れやゆがみを活かした作風と、モダンなレイアウトや配色の巧みさが人気を博している。現在は絵本制作や個展の開催のほか、神戸芸術工科大学の非常勤講師も勤め、若手の育成にも尽力している。

Illustrator and picture book author. Studied art and design at the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Tokai University. Specializes in animal drawings using crayons, incorporating abrasions and distortions into the style, while also gaining popularity for skillful modern layouts and color schemes. Currently, besides creating picture books and holding solo exhibitions, also serves as a part-time lecturer at Kobe Design University, dedicating efforts to nurturing young talents.
