東京都出身。”絵の具を描く”抽象画家。武蔵野美術大学大学院美術専攻油絵コース修了。在学中から展覧会で入選を重ね、2016年から定期的に個展を開催。ペインティングナイフを用いて絵の具と会話しながら、まるでパッチワークのような混色や重なりで、絵の具の個性と魅力を追求している。

Born in Tokyo, Yumi Takimoto is an abstract painter known for "painting with paint." She graduated from the Oil Painting Course at Musashino Art University. Awarded in various exhibitions as a student, she has held regular solo exhibitions since 2016. Using a palette knife, she explores the unique character and allure of paint through a patchwork-like interplay of colors and layers.
